Policy.
How the $ROBBIE website currently handles technical and personal data.
Who is responsible?
The website is maintained for the $ROBBIE community project. Privacy questions and data-rights requests can be sent to robbiesuprameme@gmail.com.
A deliberately small footprint.
The public website currently has no account system, newsletter, contact form or wallet connection. It does not ask visitors to submit a name, email address, private key or seed phrase.

Copying the token contract uses your browser’s clipboard function locally. The website does not receive the content of your clipboard.
Why data is processed.
- Delivering the website: responding to requests and displaying content.
- Security and reliability: detecting abuse, diagnosing errors and maintaining service availability.
- Providing market information: retrieving public chart snapshots from Robbie Buybot.
- Presenting the design: loading the selected website fonts.
These limited operations are expected to rely primarily on legitimate interests in operating and securing the website. Where consent is legally required for a future feature, that feature must remain disabled until valid consent is obtained.
Where requests may go.
Technical data may be processed by the website’s hosting, network and security providers. Their confirmed names and locations must be inserted after the production hosting setup is finalized.
The site also makes requests to:
- Robbie Buybot for public chart data;
- Google Fonts for typography.
When you follow an external link to Atmos, SupraScan, Spikey, Crystara, Discord, Telegram or X, the destination receives data under its own privacy policy. The Robbie website does not control those independent services.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. This policy will be updated with relevant locations and transfer information once the production providers are finalized.
No longer than necessary.
The website itself does not build visitor profiles or maintain a visitor database. Server and security logs should be retained only for the shortest period reasonably required for reliability, abuse prevention and incident investigation.
The exact production retention periods will be added after confirmation with the hosting and security providers. Data required for a legal claim or security incident may be retained longer where permitted or required by law.
Control over personal data.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data; object to processing; receive portable data; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
In Belgium, complaints may be directed to the Autorité de protection des données. Exercising a right may require reasonable verification of identity.
Privacy by minimization.
The project aims to minimize data collection and uses technical measures appropriate to a public informational website. No internet service can guarantee complete security.
This policy will be updated when the site adds features, changes providers or changes its operating structure. The version date will be updated at the same time.
