Using the website.

These Terms govern access to and use of robbiesuprameme.fun and its public content. By using the website, you acknowledge these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful where you live. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Information, not a financial service.

The website presents information about the $ROBBIE community, token, utilities, collectibles, roadmap and selected on-chain activity. It may display market data obtained from Robbie Buybot or third-party sources.

The website is not an exchange, broker, custodian, investment adviser, wallet provider or financial institution. It does not execute trades, hold user funds or guarantee access to any token or service.

Information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. On-chain records and the complete verified token contract should be checked independently.

You assume the risk.

Crypto-assets are volatile and can lose all value. By interacting with $ROBBIE or related services, you accept risks including:

• price volatility, illiquidity and market manipulation;
• smart-contract vulnerabilities, exploits and protocol failure;
• loss or theft of private keys and irreversible transactions;
• malicious tokens, copied tickers, phishing and impersonation;
• failure of wallets, RPC providers, bridges, DEXs or staking platforms;
• regulatory, legal and tax changes;
• discontinuation of community tools or development.

Nothing on the website is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and no content is a recommendation to acquire, hold or sell a crypto-asset.

Independent services.

The website links to independent services such as Atmos, SupraScan, Spikey, Crystara, Discord, Telegram and X. A link does not mean that the service is controlled, guaranteed or endorsed by the website operator.

Third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability and risks. Transactions performed through them are between you and the relevant service or protocol. The website operator is not responsible for third-party content, contracts, losses or service interruptions.

Use it responsibly.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, introduce malicious code, scrape at a harmful rate, impersonate Robbie contributors, misrepresent official contract addresses or use project branding to deceive others.

Reasonable links to and discussion of public website content are welcome. Automated use must respect security controls, rate limits and applicable law.

Community does not mean ownerless.

Website code, visual assets, logos, characters, copy and community contributions may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to their respective creators or licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to access and use the website for lawful personal purposes.

Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Contact the project through its official community channels before commercial use of Robbie branding.

Provided as available.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, contributors and operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or crypto-related losses arising from use of the website or third-party services. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Keeping terms current.

These Terms may be updated when the website, project or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after publication of updated Terms means the updated version applies from that point, subject to mandatory law.
